It is with profound sadness that I announce the passing of my boss, Er Vijay Kumar, one of the founders of Intelligent Micro System (INM), who for over 30 years revolutionized LPG bottling automation, offering solutions to hundreds of bottling plants across India and overseas.
Er Vijay Kumar, along with his close friend and co-founder Er Prabakar, were more than business partners—they were like brothers, having been together since their college days. Together, they built INM from the ground up, shaping the industry with their innovation and dedication.
From them, I learned honest courage, humility, teamwork, and the importance of continuous learning. They taught me to always aim beyond the possible and to pursue every goal with determination.
As the Founder of JB Soft System, I, J Sampath, carry forward the invaluable lessons learned from both of them.
My deepest condolences to Er Prabakar, the family of Er Vijay Kumar, and the entire Intelligent Micro System team.
His teachings and mentorship will live on through us, in every honest and courageous action we take. Er Vijay Kumar’s legacy will continue to inspire all of us who had the privilege of learning from him.
